Hello Monica I have at last seen your site and after 6 years of visiting this restaurant, really should say something! I have been coming to Polyphemus since 2004 and usually visit twice during the year. I travel across from Sami and it is worth the effort. The food is original, fresh and obviously local. The restaurant decor is always lovely with the beautiful garden to sit in. The service is impeccable with Monica working hard to please her customers. If you are looking for original Greek cuisine in origial surrounding you will find it at Polyphemus. See you next year!

We had a delightful lunch at Polyphemos last week. If you go there, be sure to have some of the fava - it's from another, altogether better, planet.

We enjoyed a fabulous meal of Greek food with an eclectic twist in your restaurant in surroundings that were like a magical secret garden. The excellent recommendation from Sail Ionian was well deserved, and truly one of the highlights of our sailing holiday. We would highly recommend to anyone a visit to the stunning Polis Bay, and make the effort for the 20 minute uphill walk to Stavros. Your reward of a meal at Polyphemus Garden Restaurant is well worth it! Ann & Andy
